Warranty Policy

At MowerForce, we stand behind the quality of our products. Most items sold through our store are covered by a 3-year limited warranty provided directly by the manufacturer. This warranty ensures protection against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.


1. Warranty Coverage

  • The manufacturer’s warranty covers repairs or replacements for any product that fails due to a defect in materials or construction.
  • Coverage lasts for three (3) years from the original date of purchase.
  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) is required to validate warranty claims.

2. What Is Covered

  • Mechanical and structural failures due to manufacturing defects
  • Faulty components affecting performance or safety
  • Issues arising under normal residential use

3. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper maintenance
  • Wear and tear items such as blades, belts, air filters, spark plugs, and tires
  • Modifications, unauthorized repairs, or use of non-OEM parts
  • Commercial or industrial use (unless the product is specifically rated for commercial use)
  • Damage from improper storage, overloading, or exposure to extreme conditions

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product qualifies for warranty service:


  1. Contact MowerForce customer support at support@mowerforce.com
  2. Provide:
    • Your order number or proof of purchase
    • Product model and serial number
    • A detailed description of the issue
    • Photos or videos showing the problem (if applicable)
  3. Our team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps, which may include:
    • Troubleshooting assistance
    • Replacement of defective parts
    • Authorization for repair or return

In most cases, the manufacturer will handle service directly or authorize a local service center near you.


5. Repair or Replacement

  • If approved, the manufacturer will either repair the unit at no cost or provide replacement parts.
  • In cases where repair is not feasible, a like-for-like replacement may be issued at the manufacturer’s discretion.
  • Shipping costs for warranty service are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If the claim is valid and within warranty terms, inbound and outbound shipping may be covered.

6. Your Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights depending on your state or local laws. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
